Solar System Launch at Design Village Penang for a Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly
The official launch of the solar system at Design Village Outlet Mall in Penang on June 25, 2023, was met with great excitement by Penang Chief Minister YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow. One of the most remarkable aspects of this solar system is its positive impact on the environment. By harnessing the power of the sun, Design Village Outlet Mall will prevent approximately 1,833 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions each year. To put it in perspective, this reduction is equivalent to planting an impressive 715,469 trees. This shows the mall’s commitment to fighting climate change and promoting environmental sustainability.
