My delightful 3-day, 2-night stay at Jazz Hotel Penang was an experience I’ll always treasure. I arrived on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. Upon my initial check-in, I had the pleasure of exploring our Executive Suite, which offered a generously-sized and cozy king-sized bed, a separate and inviting living room, as well as a convenient kitchenette. It’s the perfect choice for couples or families seeking a relaxing getaway. Afterward, we enjoyed their seafood buffet at 6:30 pm, located on Level 2. If your stay falls on a Friday or Saturday, don’t miss out on the delectable seafood buffet, available at just RM108 nett, with a senior/child rate of RM88 nett.

As a Jazz music lover, I was particularly impressed with their contemporary interior design. It seamlessly blends modernity with the soulful spirit of jazz. Conveniently located in Tanjung Tokong, the hotel is just a short stroll away from Straits Quay, offering breathtaking yacht views. This staycation provided me with a unique and immersive experience in the art of music, something truly special that you won’t want to miss during your stay in Penang. For those who enjoy shopping, Gurney Plaza is only a 3km drive away, making it incredibly accessible for a quick retail therapy session.

During my 3-day, 2-night stay, I made sure to take full advantage of the amenities, including the fantastic pool on Level 30 and the top-level gym. The real treat, though, was the poolside bar, where I indulged in their delightful cocktails. My personal favorite was the Jazz Signature Cocktail, ‘The Gentlemen,’ and for those looking for a non-alcoholic option, I highly recommend the Red Velvet mocktail.
