Penang Kitchen’s skilled culinary team has prepared a combination of flavorful offerings that is sure to take guests and diners on a culinary journey. With the “serve-in-a-tray” concept, the signature Dulang Set comes with a lavish spread of 9 dishes from different states in Malaysia such as Sabah, Sarawak, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Kedah, Selangor and Penang.
It’s worth mentioning that the guests can enjoy unlimited servings of exquisite dishes ranging from the classic Lamb Biryani to the more exotic flavors like Salmon Laksa and Lobster Curry Mee at our live cooking station. To round the meal off, guests can help themselves with a variety of desserts such as Ice Kacang with Homemade Musang King Ice-Cream, Rojak, assorted Kuih, and many more.
